ACTO is an association of container train operators formed towards raising issues concerning private Container Train Operators (CTO) sector with various agencies CTO’s are involved in their daily operations and business, most prominent among them are Indian Railways, Association of various shipping lines and freight forwarders and terminal owners,
ACTO currently have eleven permanent members and one associate member on board and is governed by governing council members selected by members of ACTO.
